A system of objects, flesh and movement discuss, perhaps, the recuperation of a distinct fetish into mass culture. Viewed through an anti-historical audit of a retired performer’s career, Mr. Thursday ululates, charts, or exorcises specific, popularly willed sights/sites of erotic exchange.

This will start out as a durational performance, myself interacting with the filing cabinet, taking different positions around it. The climax will involve shaving my beard and chest and utilizing the visual record of Strutt's performances as a key.
